Rockstone whips up interest in Sanitation Day

Legendary hip life star Reggie Rockstone, now part of hip-life group VVIP, gears on Tarkoradi folks on National Sanitation Day tomorrow, June 6, 2015.

The clean-up exercise is part of the less patronized National Sanitation Day that is observed across the nation on every first Saturday of the month since the beginning of the year.

This call is an effort to clear gutters and waterways choked with rubbish, a key cause of floods, days after the tragic floods in Accra on June 3, 2015 which claimed over a 100 lives and many properties destroyed.

In a post on his twitter page, he calls on residents of Takoradi to participate in the cleanup exercise saying, “Takoradi are u ready to put in that work?? VVIP sanitation massive comin tru! Clean yo city! Jah Likes cleanliness, for blessings to come tru! #SKOLOM! We go enter!”

With cleanliness as the watch ward, is Tarkoradi ready to flow with Reggie’s VVIP sanitation cause?
