Quick and easy chilli porridge recipe
You may be familiar with different porridge recipes, but this porridge you are able to learn off is spiced! Spiced with the unimaginable… powdered Chilli. This porridge is called moko (chilli) Porridge.
How to make Moko Kooko
½ cup Corn Dough
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
1/3 dsrt sp Powdered pepper
1 piece of Hwintia
1 inch of ginger
Mix corn dough with a cup of water. Add a pinch of salt and sugar to your taste. Roast hwentia and ginger till very dry. Blend it into a smooth powder. Stir spice powder and a pinch of powdered pepper into boiling porridge. Allow it to boil for 5 min or until mixture thickens.
Leave the mixture on low heat for 10 minutes to allow it to simmer.
Now your porridge is ready to be serve with bread. Have a wonderful breakfast!
